Primaluce Tours & Safaris was established in 1998 by Chris Murray, the owner and founder. Chris’ early childhood showed signs of his inherent love of the wilderness. He grew up in Salisbury, Rhodesia now known as Zimbabwe (a true child of the bush), and moved to South Africa in 1975. His inspiration behind the company name stemmed from his deep love of the African sunrise. He then formailised his bush knowledge by gaining his National Certificate (NQF 5) in South Africa and continued to expand his operations throughout Southern Africa. Cameron Murray was lucky enough to spend most of his childhood venturing off in to the Kruger National Park or a remote location in Africa. This is where his love for the African communities, the untamed wildlife and bush started to flourish. His passion for community development and all-inclusive growth is evident in his homestay initiative in Northern Limpopo.
